The water bill that I receive from this company is completely wrong. The bill states that the last meter reading was 2/20. It has always been current, which would be 3/20. I shipped my JVC camcorder as per the instructions contained in the link below. Customer service called a couple of weeks later and said I would have to pay $200 (more that I paid for the camcorder new). I refused and they said they would scrap the unit and not resell (sure).
