My family purchased a total of 5 Color Nooks from B&N over the 2010 holiday season. After being loyal customers for two decades we encountered repeated problems with the Nooks and could not get a response from customer service. The store wouldn't help us at all. Over the last year and a half my family has purchased 4 phones thru best buy, since then we have had problems with three of them all ending the same way. Parked my car at client parking lot and they towed my car because it was left after hours. Contacted client and they did NOT call Buckwild to tow car. They towed it early in the morning so I was stranded in Suffern overnight and had to get a hotel because it was the middle of winter and I was in the middle of nowhere. Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. 2010 Nitro bought April 2010. Called dealer to schedule a defect and was told to bring the car to the dealer. The sun roof visor constantly rattles and the clock looses approx. 5 minutes per month. The serv ice department stated all Nitros sun roof visors rattle and that i would have to "live with it".
