Has anyone ever been mad over the work these contractors do in your home? How many of us hire 2 for the same job, one to do the job and the other to fix it. Yet, you never see a complaint because people just accept it and don't have the time to fight over it. I have had many contractors in my home to do repairs and threw away so much money only for the job to either be not completed or not done the right way. This company held products I ordered for over a month because of a backordered item. When they finally sent the items, one was missing and I never received a credit for the item which they had charged me for at the time it was ordered. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in person and if you have the opportunity to do so they cannot do anything to help you. I got a loan on Thursday, December 11, 2008, and I paid the loan back between August 2009 and September 2009. The loan was for $500 and they chalked charges up to $880 because I didn't pay it on time, they sent the loan to Security Net LLC (collection agency). I paid the collection agency in full. Best tankless water heater at a resonable price and great customer service. I call at 10 PM when i finaly done with my instalation and i was not sure about a detail. Response was profesional and right on the money. With tankless technology, sizing is paramount. I had a person "called Live Help" charge me 65 dollars and then told me that she could only fix the error to play in Windows Internet Exployer, not MSN Exployer. I Hate IE8! During December 2004 I purchased a NordicTrack SL710 stationery excercise bike from Sears. It was listed at $349, but reduced to $249. I am a senior citizen and do not use it on a regular basis. I took my car for a oil change 02/24/11 at 7652 West Lake Mead Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89128. Next morning lots of oil on my garage floor under my car. I took back my car to them and said that they need to diagnose my steering wheel at a cost. Luckily, I decided not to and I took my car to other mechanic and find out that the caused of oil dripping was that the tray under my engine was full of oil which was due to the change oil they done.
