Credit Card
I am using AXIS Bank credit card for last 6 months. I wont receive any bills, sms anything, I went to axis bank there response was very poor. even they are not telling how to cancel this card. am really fedup with axis bank. this is my first experience with any bank in india.
Poor Bank ... Poor service....Bad behaviour.
I have lots of certificates to give.

I am Pankaj Mudholkar, applied for Axis Bank Gold Credit Card one month back. I received my application reference number. Verification is also over. The executive told me, that I will receive my credit card withinn 10 days, but still I had not received it. The details are as under,

closing of my old account
My name is kavya.I have opened an savings account at Vijayawada one and half year ago. Now i have reached my native (Kakinada). Here i opened a new account at AXIS bank itself.The problem is that i have sent a letter 4 months ago to Vijayawada's Branch Manager to close my account at Vijayawada and transfer all my proceedings to my new account at Kakinada.I have Enclosed my Debit card, Cheque book along with that letter.But i have found no response.

Pathetic customer Service
I had called AXIS Bank today @ 1:25 PM IST as i got a letter from them stating that i owe them money on the credit card when i dont even have their card. I tried to speak to Sandesh who was the agent , he was very unhelpful & when i asked for a manager, he said that the manager is busy & i needed to call back after one hour, when i threatened to go to consumer court, he put me on hold & never came back.

About the customercare service
I have applied for an credit card 3 months before recently they apdated the application even though enquiry is going on a am not abl to get the correct status of the process i have received the reff number .now when i try to call the customer care no: which in in TVM its takes long time to get the executive online its really a bad customer service

Do not trust Axis (UTI) Bank!
In the beginning of this month, I had applied for personal loan through your website and I got a call from one of ur tele marketing person about personal loan. When I asked about the interest rate applicable to me... they said that the interest rate will be 15% and then I had applied for a loan worth Rs 2.5 lacs subject to certain conditions. When I forwarded her all the documents that were asked, the lady confirmed that my loan will be processed on the basis of the documents @ 15%.
After that I had canceled all other application for loan with other bank. I had provided all the required documents to ur people including my certificate for MBA but still they never replied me for more than 2 weeks. I called them repeatedly for more than 10 times to inquire about my loan and finally i was informed that my loan has been sanctioned at 21% instead of 15%.
This is just not acceptable. I was getting loan at 17-18% from other banks they would have given me the loan long back. But because of Axis people, I am suffering like anything. I m tried calling them a lot but no one is responding to my call and even answered very rudely sometime. If this is the kind of service they provide to their customer, then I cant say anything but I m really very very disappointed with such behavior and have lost all my confidence on Axis bank.
I had placed my complain with the Compliance Officer and called both Cheenai and Mumbai office for a couple of time but in vain. Now after this kind of experience with Axis Bank, I can say only one thing about them..."Change ur quality, not just name."
Final words, AXIS Bank has got pathetic customer service offered to its customers.

Irritating service
I had applied for a credit card. The agent who called me was damn irritating fellow. He kept on calling and at last I agreed for it I gave all the documents as well. After submitting all the documents I've never heard from them, also I have not got any information on what is happening with my documents.

Improve on quality, not on your name
With the change of name from UTI Bank to AXIS Bank has not given any boost to the services offered by the bank. With repeated requests to the bank for issuing me a chequebook has been on deaf ears. Any request with the bank has to be made one month in prior to get your job done as the customer service of Axis bank can only forward requests to the concerned department but no follow-ups and no action taken. AXIS Bank has got pathetic customer service offered to its customers. My salary account has been in the bank for last 2years now and whenever i have to request for a service i am turned down by an answer to contact the branch or the request has been forwarded. Looking forward for no business and not suggesting anyone to have any account with such a pathetic customer service bank. A normal mail within INDIA takes 7days and i have request for a chequebook on 15/10/2007 and till date 27/10/07 when i call customer service,all they have to say is that they are sorry the request was been forwarded but "NO ACTION TAKEN", will be forwarded once again. This aint the first time this has happened, only one message to AXIS Bank with regards to the competition it has got in the market today... "Improve on quality, not on your name"

Bank's customer care service is worst!
I have not received the card statement for last 2 months, i have already send a written application for e-statement one month ago but no response from bank. Whenever I called the Customer Care, nobody respond except the computerized voice recorder. Bank's Customer Care Service is worst!!!
