	October 8, 2007 Sending card statement after due date is over I have a UTI Gold Credit Card, for which UTI bank is least b0thered to send credit statement at the right time... when asked for the concerned authorities ... He really didn’t have any responsibility to keep up his words to send the credit card statement... They say that credit card department is in Mumbai & you have to go to there... its there answer... while calling in local customer care numbers no one answers... & they are always ready to keep late charge in statement... Beware!
	October 3, 2007 Irresponsible executives I have a credit card account, i was trying to call the customer care from last 4 days, no response, i have never seen a bank being soo irresponsible. Without my notice additional amount was detected from my savings account. Beware!
	September 20, 2007 EMI PDC was not collected My Home loans gets disbursed on 20th of every month. As PDC was over so I requested Axis Bank to send the executive to collect the PDC ASAP. Executive and Bank authority kept on fooling me till today 20th Sep 07 but didn't came. Beware!
	September 1, 2007 Non receipt of credit card! After a long back it was informed me in the SMS on 10th of Aug 07 that my application is approved vide reference no:466799. But still it is taken more than 15 days to reach Visakahapatnam. Poor service!!!
