Billing
I NEVER gave you people the authorization to bill me $39.00 for whatever reason. I don't even get ANYTHING from classmates. I will call the BBB on you people. I am tired of this and for billing it to my charge card.

unautherized billing
i was billed for 59.00 on my discover card for classmates .com renewal which i did not authorize. after waiting 2 hours to talk to someone they told be i could not get a credit for this charge. this is poor business relations and i will encourage other people not to join this scam. raymond l. neely

Renewal Charges
Classmates.com charged for an automatic renewal, and when asked to remove the charge and cancel the account, they were happy to cancel the account, but not remove the charge. I've been in this situation several times in the past, and this is the first time a company has refused to remove the charge.

cancelation
I only signed up for classmates .com for 1 month, they have continues to take money from my account for 5 months now. Have tried to cancel serveral times. I am not able to sign into my account, I have called severals times and always get a recording saying not in at this time, no matter what day and what time I call. I do not want this service and I do want my money back for the last 5 months, 15.00 a month for something I did not subscribe for but one month is getting a little out of hand.

unauthorized billing
I was reviewing my credit card statement for October and found an unauthorized charge for $39.00 posted from Classmates.com. I have not requested any services from this company, nor agreed to anything and in no way signed up for anything. I want this charge removed immediately from my card. I have contacted American Express concerning this matter and they have started an investigation of this matter.

unauthorized charge
So called annual dues of $39.00 was charged to an account that I did not provide to classmates.com. The original debit card that was used to set up my account was cancelled by my bank due to possible fraud. How in the world did they get my new account information? I have emailed them several times, only to get the same generic letter about how I agreed to the terms of service. No email regarding renewal, no request for updated account information, they found my new debit information somewhere and used it. I am outraged! That is stealing! Oh and by the way, all those people trying to find me...well, I still haven't found them.
