fraud online transaction
Fraud done by the ICICI bank by transfering Rs. 18, 294 on 12/06/2011.
As we got the call from the ICICI bank on 10/06/2011 and they said we have got the transaction from U.K and asked whether you want to maid this transaction successful or not on your card.we denied the transaction and said without our permission don't pass any transaction.
In the morning 12/06/2011 we received a message from a +918097167603 for cancelling the credit card and we also want to cancel the card.at the same time we received a message from the above number in which our card number was written .At 2:34pm we received the call from the same number and he asked my father for the card number for cancellation and he gave the card number for cancellation.From the same number we got the call that we had cancelled your card and we will send you the cancellation 3D password via a message.we received a message from ICICI bank itself .After 5 mins they called us and asked the password and said that we will cancel your card.At 3:05pm the transaction was maid and we got the message in our inbox.At 3:11pm another transaction was maid and we got another message but we saw at 5:00pm.we called at ICICI bank for asking how the transaction was maid but they said don't worry we'll not going to maid any of the transaction successful and you don't have to pay a single amount.even they cancelled our card also.At 7:52pm we called again in ICICI bank and now they are saying that you have to pay all the money as the transaction was maid.
As we got the card with us and the online transaction was maid from mumbai via ICICI bank and we stay at delhi.our card is cancelled now but we said for cancellation to the above number(fraud person).from where they got our number?from where they got our card number?we think that there is some person in ICICI bank who is the fraud person and making this transaction successful.please look in to the matter as early as possible and help us to find that person.

Interest Rate
I have been a good customer and always pay my monthly bill on time before date due.. Before my interested rate was 9.9% and they increased to 17.9% in Feb 2010.. I was so upset when I recieved the statement and I thought wait a min it's a mistake and impossible.. I was very ill for 1 yr due to my lower back and both legs before I had the surgery and I am 100% disabled.. I called Captial One and complaint about this interest rate is outrageous.. They said its because of the economy and they have lost a lot of customers for not paying the bills.. I made a point to them that I am good standing customers and go after others who has not pay their bills and increase the interest rate on them and don't do that to me and totally inncocent on this issues.. They said they can not change it and too late.. I was so frustrated and mad.. It made it harder for me and leave me broke quick every month because I had to pay more money on the payments to cover the higher interest rate.. I fought with them for 1 year and finally they willing to decrease to 10.9% for 7 months promotion offer only.. I took that advantage to help get my balance lower quickly and do my best I can but ALWAYS ON TIME.. Even though I'm still broke every month and make harder to go anywhere for gas and barely have foods on the table to last because of Captial One.. This morning, I called again and asked for 3 more months extended with 10.9% so I can pay it off in 3 months and plan to close the account as soon as possible.. But the supervisor, Hue kept repeating same statement and said no, can not do that and that's it and it will increase back to 17.9% and I understand you're frustrated and you do have a good credit history.. I made several point to her and she said you do have a point but can not change it, once it expire on the June 14th, it will go back up.. I said thanks a lot and you are hurting me and I am very upset and I worked very hard and I have excellent credit and go after others who do not and this is totally unfair and she said, thank you for calling captial one and hang up.. (I repeated same statement because she kept repeating same of her statement).. They have provide bad services since they increased it and they do not care because they want more money for themselves.. Why should I suffer when I have been a good outstanding customer? They make me sick to my stomache and It will take me longer to pay it off and their services stinks.. I just don't know what to do.. If the customer not paying their bills on time or never pay their bills, that's understandable to increase the interest rate and charge them late fees and pentaly fees, etc.. Its really not need to increase high on me and I have been a good girl.. I need the help and need advice please..

CREDIT ONE BANK needs to be investigated. I too have put up with a great deal of aggravation and unfair practices. On top of that, I am sick and tired of calling them and getting reps in India who can't understand what you're trying to say and are extremely rude. they think are the center of the universe and also they can understand how with feel they had Indian accent and to talk in Spanish they used Spanish name and when you calla again and try to talk to the same agent, they say it’s nobody with that name.
Fraudulent billing practices!
4 months ago opened an account with COB by feb 28 and also register in the online bank page, by April 2, when I don’t receive a bill for this company. I get in online and I see my account was past due. How if I don’t receive statement never. Any way I call on April 2 and tell that I set a payment by phone, at this moment they take out the charge of late fee and every thinks are ok. But 15 days later I see my new statement per Jun and they charge to me 50 dollars late fee, when I call they say my bank reject the pay for insufficient found (It’s not true) They tell me to go a head and make a payment and proposed to pay at this time 50 dollars. I make payment and every thing are ok, but by middle of may I try to get in my account online to make new payment and my account it’s suspend and can’t make payment, I call and when I put my info the system transfer to some dead line or one Hospital one Insurance company . I try to contact with out my info and at this moment someone answer and when I try to say what happen (Julie-the agent) she tell me the account it’s closed. I say, someone at credit one bank closed my account without my authorization, say . She don’t answer and connect with a supervisor(Alex), he gave me the run-around. I say I wish to pay but if I can get online and by phone how I can pay? He say if you wish to pay I take are your payment, but you have 9.95 extra charge…I say for what? Per pay by phone, say… I say by my self, to finish, say, Ok, thanks God, but when I try to give the number of my credit card he say WE Don’t Accept this way. Only Check or debit card. I say it’s only way, I has to pay today, when I give my bank account you say my bank reject pay and Don’t happens again the same. At this moment my account it’s closed are n’t how I can paid. And maybe they report and kill my credit score. Now after ready all the complaint again this company I afraid again bad report to the credit bureau.

have applied for credit card in croma faridabad(haryana), but yet to have any information regarding the same.
if you guyz are not serious about the same then stop collecting the documents n stop the whole procedure.

NOC Letter
I had credit card of HDFC bank but I have surrendered that card and settled the amount that were wrongly leived in my statement.I want NOC letter for the same.

Careless Executive
Hi HDFC,

I have been going through the worst experience of my life dealing with your bank .

I have applied for a credit card in your bank. And it was told that i will be getting

the card within 8 working days. but its more than fifteen days now and I have

not recieved any card . I want to complian regarding that executive, who is so

carelees about her work .

She called me ten times in day when I was not intersted in making the card to

convience and cried on phone as an emotinal blackmail to me . and when I agreed

to make the card she is not even bothered to pick up my call and giving her mobile

to relatives saying she is not available .

I dont want any card from your bank if its not delivered tommorow by 15 march

2011. after that I am not going to accept that card.
