sir with due respect it is stated that on may 2002 i got a gold credit card from your bank whose number is 4941 2300 1685 8000 according to my nic name which is "amir mehboob sethi" and till april 2002 i recieved the bill with the name "amir mehboob sethi" .but from may 2002 the bank started sending me the statement with the name "amir sethi". in this period till now i received all the renewal cards with the same name. my correspondence with the bank till today is on the same name. today on 30.11.2010 when bank send me my new card after renewal with the name "amir sethi" and since 8 years the courier is delivering the card with the same name and address.today the courier and the citi bank refused to deliver me the card. both of them says that this card is for "amir sethi" so it will be delivered to amir sethi not amir mehboob sethi.where the nic number and address is the same from 8 years.
dear sir, uptil today all the payments received by the bank from me is on the same name. and if today if the bank refuses of giving me the card on the basis of this issue so bank is responsible for refunding me back all my payments. because you have to receive all the payments from "amir mehboob sethi" and according to you i am "amir sethi". kindly take a quick action on my problem otherwise i will directly complain to the president of citi bank... kindly deliver me the card as soon as possible other wise return me all my payments which i deposited to the bank

saya adalah pemegang salah kartu kredit SCB, pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2010, saya mendapat perlakuan yang tidak baik dari salah seorang karyawan bagian penagihan, dengan nomor telepon 0899 8803619. pada jam 12.42.Waktu indonesia tengah.

masalahnya begini. pada tanggal 28 oktober 2010, si tukang tagih menelpon saya untuk segera membayar tagihan sebessar Rp. 1.400.000, - dan mengakui bahwa hari akan di transfer via bank permata, ternyata istri saya tidak sempat melakukan transfer pada hari itu karena lagi sedang kedukaan. sehingga saya baru sempat melakukan transfer pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2010 via BCA.

saya sangat merasa tersinggung dengan perkataan si tukang tagih, dengan mengatakan Bapak jangan banyak alasan, bilang aja kalo nggak uangnya untuk banyar utang.

Sungguh miris hati saya mendengar perkataan itu, saya harap karyawan ini tidak perlu di pakai lagi pada company yang berskala international ini, seharunsya seorang tukang tagih harus tahu dulu kenapa terlambat, tidak musti harus berbicara kasar kepada nasabah.ataukah SCB menggunakan Debt Collector.

Akhirnya saya putuskan untuk tidak menggunakan lagi Kartu Kredit SCB. lebih baik saya pakai Bank Negeri saya, rupanya product luar tidak menjamin semuanya baik.

I always submit my credit card payments via cheque. I had not realised that I was no longer to receive printed statements and would receive an e-statement in August. I was waiting for my printed statement - naturally it did not arrive, neither did I receive my e-statement. When I complained I was passed on to your customer service center and then I had to change some pin number and then was passed on to more machines just to request that I revert to printed statements.
I would like printed statements and I am waiting for my printed statement to arrive. No statement no payment.

I am Holding an Credit, After Receving the Anual Fees Charges, Request for Cancellation was made and so on Refernce number of complaint has been noted, I Refered same to bank by fax, Now I am forced to pay for annual fees and cancel the card or asked me to go for some offer giving disconts on Annual Fee.

I have your credit having Number - 4384 5999 9526 1905 since last 3-4 years approx. I never used this card till date. On 30th April 2010 you sent me SMS to payment dues on my this card.I am surprised that how it would be happened without using credit card. I never received any statement till date .
I am requesting you that find out any misunderstanding from your side or show me my signature and from where i swipe my credit card. I would like to know how this kind of things happened.Please look into this urgently.Otherwise I have to go to consumer court .
