the lies you use when calling
do not make me feel like a dog when you call my house and tell me all these lies to make me pay my bill im sorry i can, t pay my bills i ve had to be out of work and haven, t got caugth up sogive a poor person a break

I paid 99.95 without agreeing to
I have less than perfect credit. So, I agreed to prove that I have a checking account and so entered my banking info. A day or so later, I noticed a charge for 499.95. I DID NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS. I also wonder if this is in afact an unsecured acct (as advertised) or a simple secured scct.

Either way, they have kept me on hold for 15 minutes now and before involving my bank )b/c these reversals add up negatively against your favor) I am trying to deal woith them directly and get the charge reversed. I'mbecoming doubtful this will work out in a positive manner.

I NOW (AFTER HAVING RESEARCHED IT) see that it is listed as a scam. But, it's too late for that. Granted I've learned a lesson, but 99.95 is too expensive for my blood for a simple lessen.

Overpayment
Over payment of $27, 000.00, Bank of America


Sept. 24th, Entered payment of $3009.00 online for credit card account. To be paid from my Hawaii bank account.

Sept. 26, $30, 009.00 Payment shown on B of A credit card account, internet. Viewed on Sept. 26th, make call to B of A.

Sept. 27, Call to B of A asking about the $30, 009.00 payment, told them it was to be $3009.00, agent says there was a mistake and the fund difference would be returned within 3 to 4 days.

Sept. 29 $30, 009.00 debited shows from my Hawaii account by B of A.

Oct. 2, Message text to B of A:

On 9/26/08 a payment of $30, 009.00 was made on this account, the payment should have been $3009.00. I called B of A on 9/28?08 and was told the mistake would be taken care of, as of today nothing has happened! Please deposit $27000.00 back into my bank account xxxxxxxxxxx

Oct. 10, $18022.18 credit given to my B of A account, not my bank account.

Oct. 15th Message to B of A, asking why the funds have not been transferred.

Oct.16th No replay.

Oct. 16th Another message to B of A, stating that the funds were not to be applied to my credit card but transferred back to my bank account. I would now report to the Better Business Bureau and my senator. Gave them my phone number.

Oct. 16th no reply.

i have deposited a cheque no181463/110229010 payable at faridabad sector 16 branch but that has not been adjusted in the creditcard account. my credit card no is 4477473838224009 kindly correct the credit card statement and let me know if iam still to pey anything .cheque amount was rs 910.63

will not accept payments
Purchaased an airconditioner through a local company who finances through GE Money. Credit Card was for 12 mos no interest. we recieved our 1st bill and that was it. we called GE monthly asking for statements and each time they verified our address, ss# and personal info. 8 months later we still ahve recieved no bills. contact the company several time and they stated our address was incorret-not ture if they verified this previouselu. we are now approaching out 12 mo limit and the will not bill us, thus GE will now be able to bill us for the back interest rate. Hire a lawyer i did!!!

Forced to close account
Caution- I had to share my story to bring light to how B of A is operating these days with credit line crunches in our current countries bank economic situation.

I have excellent credit and have had a low interest rate locked in for the life of my B of A account . I have never had a late payment since 1995 that I have had my account. I say, "Had" in passed tense. I have recently experienced several fraud situattions on my account and had to change my account number three times as B of A continually allowed unathorized charges on my account. Today I felt I was forced to close my account as B of A's fraud dept. told me that if a vendor had charged on my account previously they could push a charge through on my old card. I understood this explanation and for my first replacement card.I was told that if I closed this account # and opened another # then no one from the original card could charge on the third card. Again, this made since. It was either this explanation or the incompetent people form here to there in the B of A phone lines who tell your garbage that is obviously outlandish. You all may know what I mean...On my first replacement card I received several unqualified B of A people telling "Well we don't know how it happened" and one B of A employee went so far to claim unconcious scenarios of what she felt how it occurred which was all obsurbed. Her conclusion was it was not B of A 's doing. It was. As the B of A fraud dept explained how it occurred. I was forced into another account number that was supposed to fix all as the vendor that I had complained about had never actually charged on my second card. Today I was charged again this time by B of A under the old vendors name not the vendor. I called B of A and told them that I wanted to close this account as all they promised was false due to the constant fraud on my account. Not the normal B of A response. They were happy to close no questions. I now realize reading other people's situations. B of A direction form their cusotmer service is to close credit accounts. I suspect low intrest rate ones. I certain their plan is to not try to save these accounts but rather close all credit lines with low credit rates. What choice did I have? I felt forced as they could not provide me with a secure account and now my credit score may be affected due to thsi closed acount.

No solution to grievances reg credit card statements
I was holding credit card No; 4718 6300 0155 6629
but I cancelled the credit card, and deactivated the account, credit card in the month of January, 2008
inspite of repeated reminders, I still receive statements for settlement of dues.

Credit card bill payment has been settled in full and final in the month of Dec/or Jan.08 only.

Please look into the matter and solve the problem. close the account & do not send any statement of accounts.

I, SEENI MATHAR U.ALIYAR, working as ASST.GENERAL MANAGER – FINANCE IN ETA GROUP OF COMPANIES for the past 27 years, and holder of above credit cards would like to put forth my tale story as follows :-

I was on Vacation in India and “I received a call from my Banker (Commercial bank of Dubai) to my Roaming mobile number stating that I have issued a cheque for Dhs.149, 831.95 for which I am not having sufficient funds and we are returning the cheque”.

On hearing this, I was really surprised & shocked that I have not issued any cheque for an amount of Dhs.149, 831.95. In the meanwhile while I was in India, I tried to use my MasterCard on various shopping places, but it always got rejected, which put me in an embarrassing situation in front of my people.

When I returned from my vacation, I have noticed from my statement that the cheque amount deposited by your Bank was Dhs.149, 831.95 whereas I have made cheque payment for Dhs.14931.95 only. This has resulted in my cheque being returned for insufficient funds. Further, the same cheque was again presented by your Bank on 30/07/08 for the correct amount of Dhs.14931.95, which has got cleared.



I would like to emphasize that the above transaction ( not only a total loss of Dhs.150/- for cheque return + Dhs.99/- Bank charges as interest for return cheque + your current statement shows Over limit charges of Dhs.115/- + Late fee charges of Dhs.115/- + Finance charge of Dhs.743.68 & totaling Dhs.1222.80) has clearly put my credibility into mishap with my Bank.

I strongly condemn the ridiculous act of your staff for the above error, I appreciate a suitable compensation be paid to amend the damage entrusted upon me, apart from reversing the above charges, or else I may have to file deferment case against CITI BANK.
