I have been billed twice a year for software...one I ordered and now midyear again an automatic billing for a second antivirus renewal that I did not request or order. This is for my son's computer who is handicapped and on an income of less than $800 a month. I help pay his bills and this charge is scandulous. The second billing to my credit card is on August 21, 2010 for the amount of $44.95 and the reference number is 24430990235400688098632 2.

i have been billed 3 timfes for trend mictro .on 25th june, 26th june and 30th june which i finally got to work.
the one already credits and the first 2 would not download and i filled in for a refund for both of these and finally got
