Two unauthorised charges totalling A137.90. No contact with the company regarding any of their products.This is a staright out SCAM.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I WAS CHARGED 39.95 ON MY FEB. VISA ACCOUNT FROM A COMPANY (OR WHAT EVER IT IS).CALLED DRI*TREND MICRO. MY BANK TELLS ME THAY MABY SOMEONE MADE THE CHARGE FROM MY COMPUTER.NO ONE HAS ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER OTHER THAN MYSELF.I CERTANILLY DID NOT MAKE THIS TRANSACTION (POSTED DATE DECEMBER 30)AS I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL ON THAT DATE HAVING SURGERY.I HAVE DISPUTED THIS CHARGE AND CANCELED MY VISA ACCOUNT BECAUSE MY BANK INFORMED ME THEY INTEND TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.WHAT A MESS! PLEASE EVERY CHECK YOUR CHARGE STATEMENTS CAREFULLY.THERE ARE A LOT OF CROOKS OUT THERE!!!9

I could not go on the internet after. I had to pay $150.00 tofix and cancel your DRI*TREND MICRO program Please contact me ASAP. Charge to bank account without authorization
I was charged $42.80 on my bank account today, 1/17/10, without my authorization. The charge was listed from DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COMMNUS. I did not order any antivirus software, nor did I renew a subscription for any antivirus software. I need to have this credited back to my account immediately.

billed twice
I renewed and was charged $60.42 from Dri*Trend Micro on 11/16/09 for my antivirus software, I continually kept getting pop-ups to renew my subscription.After checking I believe that it was never downloaded, so I ordered it again because it was going to expire in 1 day ands I neded the protection. So now I will be billed $61.46 on 1/11/10. And today on 1/12/10 I am still receiving pop-ups to renew my anti-virus software. I need to have the first charge credited back to me since it was never received, Thank You.
