Did not order-cancel
charged my bank acct. and I did not want this service about my credit. I want it canceled now! Why would I want something I get once a year for free! Please have them cancel this so called service now! I see from your reports I am not the only one. Why aren't they kicked off the net?

Charges recieved for nothing
I recieved a charge on my bank account today for a website that I have never hurd of. The charge is only for $12.95, but as a single mother, working two, and still living paycheck-to-paycheck, that could have been dinner one night for my son, or an extra birthday prestent! I don't know how or why my information was recieved by this website or whoever, but I want my money back! I didn't go to this site, I didn't order anything from them so their is no reason why they should be steeling money from hard working people.

Reocurring unauthorised cahrges!!!!
I got my credit report from these people, and they set up a monthly reoccuring fee of 11.95 each month for seven months. I just recently noticed the charge and was then told by a supervisor that there is a no refund policy!!! GGGRRRRRRR!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!

this company tryed to bill my credit card $12.95 for a service I did not sign up for. the number I found to call to see why I was charged, I was'nt able to reach no one.

tryed to charge my credit card
I would like to know how can a credit report company charge your card for something that you did not agree to or try to make an attempt to charge you card because that is what happened to me. they try to charge my credit card for $12.95 but wasn't able to how can somthing like this happen. I would like for this to be noted that I did not agree for minicreditreport.com to check on any of my credit reports. I would like to make sure nothing like this happen again without authorization.

unauthorized charges
signed up for a free credit report, never did i authorize them to deduct any money from my account..they took 12.95 fr a credit report i never got!!! i want my money back!

Hi...I have 1 (one) charge on my credit card for $29.95 dated 7/26/08 which I did not authorized.I understand I was entitled to one free credit report just because I was curious to know. Please, refund my money.Ken Vavrousek

Fraudulent charges!
Ive found recurring charges from this website on my checking acct and i did not authorize them. I did get a free credit report a few months ago, but never once applied to have it keep charging me $11.95 a month. How do i go about removing this charge? Plz advise smb!

Unauthorized charges!
I have 2 charges on my credit card for 29.95 on 2/01, and 2/19 and mini creditrptservices for 11.95 on 1/30 which I did not authorize to the very best of my knowledge.

minicredit report
I requested a credit report for myself early in December. According to my bank, Mini Credit Report set up a reoccuring fee. This was not authorized and is quite obviously happening to a lot of people (according to the complains that I had read in the complaint board).
