I purchased a vehicle from this Dealer on the basis that all minor and major deficiencies would be isolated and remedied before the vehicle was released to me. This was not the case. The driver side window of my vehicle was broken and my portable GPS unit was stolen. I brought the car to Field's BMW to have the window replaced. The following day I realized what the rattling was inside the door - they had not cleaned out the glass shards inside the door! I went to Lucas Honda for replacing PAX tires with 45000 mile service. By the time, they give my car it was dark and night. I inspected my Odyssey in the morning and there was a big dent and damage on my door of vehicle. Dear all, 2 weeks ago I rented a car at AVIS Frankfurt airport; if you know that horrible airport, you will know you need to walk about 3 km's to get to the area where the rental cars can be picked up. There are many companies in China which have no business ethics. One of them is JBON which offers everything but honors nothing. We purchased Pressure Hoses for more then USD20K and about 75% failed at the random tests. Now the supplier refuses to accept responsibility and asked for more money if we want a better quality. I bought a 99 ford explorer from this place. 2 weeks after the purchase a dead gasket blew and the entire engine had to be rep[laced. after they replaced the engine they realized it was the wrong one then had to keep my truck for another 2 weeks. meanwhile i was trying to run a business neither car hop nor uac provided me with a rental. On 11/20/2008 I took my 2001 Chevy to Young Chevrolet for check up for loss of coolant (invoice # CTCS434458), truck has past histroy of repair for replaced gaskets and loos of coolant. Then he says you have to buy sales material for the class, after which you'll have a job. Also hires "trainers" to do the same thing at dealerships. Harassment from UAC employees, they are not a collection agency and are very rude to myself and others that answer the phone at my residence. Hello I have had my 2001 vehicle financed with peak five, centrix finance, flatiron which ever name you want to call them. They have changed names three times since I been with the company. I have had a loan with them since 2004 and my account balance is still high. I dont believe I will ever pay them off. I have 4 kids and my payments are 524 and it is very hard for me but I need transportation. I wish someone could please put a stop to these people. They are a big ripoff.
