Don't waste your time or money with JTM Auto. I purchased 2 car alarms from JTM Auto (which also trades on eBay). I had them both professionally installed by an auto electrician (recommended by JTM Auto). Within weeks, both have stopped working. Seller claims to provide 1 year warranty, but does not respond to any emails / phone calls etc... Worker came to a call regarding ignition keys to be replaced for a lock of an ignition of newer car. He quoted me 110 for replacement key that would turn the ignition and open the doors and trunk. he said an extra key would be made if I wanted one for $3.00 extra . I requested him to make the key for sure and paid him $122.61. The key never could turn on the car and the original key was finally found just to see that the ignition did not start with the original key. No refund was given . 2 keys that only opened the car doors and the trunk for 122.61. Something wrong with this picture? He wants to now sell an ignition for 300 dollars. read full review »

They did not give full disclosure on a used vehicle. Indicated on the selling feature sheet that there was AC, but upon delivery of the vehicle it did not work. BEWARE anything that looks to good to be true especially if from an RV dealer. We saw the sticker (big reduced price) and were suckered in! We purchased a new 2008 Siena Coachworks in 2009. We are long weekend campers that dont drive more than 3 hours from home. EVERY TRIP we have to take the RV to the shop for repairs. I am agreeing with a similar post. Same thing happened to me. The dealership let me drive off with the car and then called a few days later saying I needed a "co-applicant". As soon as I said that I would not do that, they started calling and harrassing me to bring the vehicle in immediately. I had no problem doing that but I was working, had previous plans and I also needed to find a ride home. I purchased Dune Buggy on 08/02/10 and started having problems with it. It would not shift properly and then it stopped charging the battery. I took it back to them to fix and on that same day I asked for a refund and they said no that all sales were final. I took it back home and it stopped shifing again and the chain broke and now will not start because of broken wires on back of the ignition switch. On 20/08/2010 an Autoglass engineer came to my place of work to replace a cracked windscreen. Having removed the cracked windscreen he discovered a small (1cm square) area of rust in one corner. As a consequence Autoglass refused to either fit a new windscreen or replace the old one. They explained that the small area of rust may cause the windscreen to crack again in the future. My truck got to running hot so i took it there, and got the thermostat replaced. I asked him roughfly what it would cost. He told me around $60.00 When they called for me to pick it up the Bill Was $89.00 I asked him did he have to do any extra Work and he said he removed 1 spark plug which made it $29.00 higher. and cleaned it. I’ve had my 2005 Malibu since 2006, and have had nothing but problems with the front headlights and turn signals. My son purchased a vehicle on July 19, 2010 form a private owner. That owner had the A/C serviced by Sun Devil on July 10, 2010 The A/C stopped working on July 30, 2010 so my son brought it back to Sun Devil for repair. He had a copy of the receipt from the previous owner which stated a 90 Warranty on the work. They would not honor the warrenty since the vehicle had changed owners. Had a terrible experience with the GAP/GPP coverage we purchased on our new car. My wife & I still owe $240 after my insurance and GAP coverage paid. So, although we were told it would pay everything, it didnt. I was quoted fine print in all the various contracts and told they paid everything the were supposed to. I bought a used GMC Sierra 1500 Extended cab 4x4 in August of 2008. The speedometer was working when I drove it off the lot but on the way home I passed a local police car and glanced down at my speedometer and it was sitting on zero. My convertible top has been experiencing issues since the low 20 thousand mile range. The computer is telling me the top is not locked, but is clearly down and locked.
