I like the product but these commercials are terrible. You can almost feel the awkward pauses on the set as the actors try to deliver these terrible lines. Vauxall Vectra, 18 months old still under warranty, three weeks ago the engine blew up, Vauxhall refuse to repair the car under warranty. The CDTDI has a regeneration program if you run the car on a short journey, next time you start the car it goes into the regen mode, it take fuel to start this program and if interuppted it dumps the fuel into the oil chamber. Las Palmas Auto Sales sold my son a car, that he had for 2 days and the engine blew up..They have had it for three+ weeks and then didn't want to honor the warrenty.. Purchased a 2007 pioneer and have nothing but problems in it. Problems started right away the first time we put fresh water in it. The pipe under the sink detached at the joint. After further inspection the pex pipe fitting had never been crimped. Another time the pipe under the bathroom sink had the same problem. This cause damage to the cheap wood cabinets and flooring. We have a 2010 Ford Fusion purchased in 8/09 for our son, who is attending school 1700 miles from home. We received a letter from Ford indicating that we should bring the vehicle in for "courtesy" transmission reprogramming. (They were very careful not to call it a recall.) Be aware that this company does not honor the "Lifetime Automotive Window Film Warranty" on the Film Technologies International window film company which they purchased earlier this year. We wanted to speak directly to the representative that helped us and while trying to locate her, we had to deal with a sales manager. He was FAR from nice. My son, and husband both purchased a moped scooter on-line. Well, needless to say both mopeds were in need of repairs. We took the bikes to this one place where we originally purchased another moped a couple of years ago, and they recommended a place called Mike's Bikes . Eight months ago I puchased a pre-owned BMW 528i from the Lexus Pre-owned Dealership. The salesperson stated that the car was a local trade and the gentleman was meticulous in taking care of the car. The carfax was clean. I asked the salesperson specifically about the brakes and transmission and she assurred me that everything was fine, and that a 100+ point inspection had been conducted on the car. I do not recommend this dealer because of the following: After a deal was made for a KIA Soul, when we returned for them to honor the wheel locks and extra key with remote, Marcus DeAngelis, General Manager, claimed we had to pay an addtional $202 for these accessories. I own a 2006 Chevy Equinox Lt. It has now started to give me problems because I can start it and shut it off and it doesn't want to start and it starts hard. I took it to the garage and they put it on the machine and the part inside the fuel pump is not letting gas stay and then it doesn't want to start. Water Pump available for 1991 GM motor was ordered and received. However, it was the incorrect water pump required. I followed up with the information and issue on the Web Site listed and got no response or acknowledgment. I am stuck with incorrect merchandise that is of no use to me and I either want the correct one with the model numbers sent to him by e-mail or my money returned.
