I have been with this bank for a long time. i had them to do a money transfer to another bank after they told me that theydo so, the money never made it . the other bank told me that they dont accept money transfers. money network gave me the run around for 1 week telling me the funds would be back on my card. then they give me the number to who has my money and told me i was on my own that there was nothing else basically they can do. so no one will tell me how i get my 2000.00 dollars back and they have on my bank statement that they are fdic. can some one please help me try to get my money back. read full review »

I applied for my Cobra services thru Ceridian (that is who my former employer uses) It is now into the third month and no invoice from Ceridian. Every time I call Customer service I recieve a different story, even though they had not sent an invoice I sent the 476.00 that they advised me my Cobra would cost! We made reservations to stay in a cabin named Blue Haven (Blue Heaven on the website). They claimed that it would sleep eight people. We paid $1489 for 4 days during the Thanksgiving weekend. This is not a complaint but rather some good advice to all Nedbank customers. We contacted Nedbank last year for a copy of a loan agreement going back 22 years but Nedbank were unable to find the agreement and eventually advised us that the loan agreement was lost. Just a note for anyone using a dial-up connection. McAfee no longer fully supports its anti-virus software using dial-up. If the virus signatures are out of date by more than a couple of weeks you cannot obtain an update and they cannot correct the situation if you contact their support team.
