This apartment management company tells lies to everyone. When I signed my lease agreement I was told I would spend about $40 in utilities which paid water, sewer, and trash. I have called numerous times trying to get a RMA to return my free trial that I no longer want and every time I do I am put on hold for about 5 minutes then they hang up on me. there is no way to e-mail them to get the RMA and they do not answer the phone to give it to me. In the fall 2008, my mortgage company contacted me that I was behind in payments. I had been paying my mortgage monthly, but in the end of 2007, I ran into financial problems and missed two payments.
