After ordering a CD for 1.98 (which was never received) I was subsequently charged monthly fees of both 59.95 and 17.45. While informed of the 59.95 monthly membership fee, the 17.45 was not authorized. In an attempt to call the 800 number listed on their website, I got nothing but a busy signal. Even though I had never accessed the website and never received the CD as promised, they refused to refund any monies charged. I filed for bankruptcy because I missed 1 mortgage payment. Citimortgage told me they would send me paperwork so that i could apply the missed payment at the end of the loan. I think I saw the ad for a trial bottle of this product on the Oprah.com website. The fee was to be $4.99 for a 15 day trial which is a 30 capsule bottle. I have a "QCard" from QVC television retailers. The card is thru GE Money Bank. I had 2 promo purchases in 2008 - one due 1-10-09 and the other due 2-10-09, on what QVC calls "deferred billing". Citibank offered me a mastercard with a $5000.00 limit. I began a kitchen remodel and spent $2000.00 on appliances. A week later i received a letter stating that my credit limit has been cut to $1, 200.00, and they stated charging me $39. over the limit fees.
