10/29/2008 These people lured me into a loan and I had to send the 3360 to Alberta Canada. And the financial problems I am having I sent it. The next day they called me and said I needed to send them another 3360 when I asked for a refund the said on the 20th of the month. Never recieved it. First Option Mortgage RAISED our fees at closing with NO notification or authorization. We were told by Josh Fitzwater to close the loan and he would see what he could do. this company claims that I have signed up for their services and keep charging my credit card 119.00 and 59.99 and 64.99 for their services. I have not signed up for anything from them. They can not even produce the paper that I have signed. Each month I have to call and cancel these charges with Chase credit card company. Chase has even talked with these people and keep getting the same results I do. This company is a joke. I have told this story at partys and entertained hundreds. For some reason they desided to pay my taxes even thou I pay them dirrectly and have never been late. I just moved out of this hell hole after 3 years of paying too much rent. I was a quiet renter with neighbors who were absolutely way too loud!!! I complained several times. Bait and Switch system is being used when potential renters are shown an apartment, it's only a model. That one is never available. The one they switch you to, you will never see until you sign this lengthy lease which consists of the price you thought you were going to pay, but then increased by 50%, but wait they'll give you coupons to take care of the difference if you ask. Called me and woke me up stating that they were a law firm looking to collect money owed to Gordons. They told me that if I didn't settle for what they were asking that they would take me and my grandmother to court and take away her house and savings. I have had this account since 1997 never missed a payment, until recently I felled on hard times and now can only make minimum amount whereas before always submitted double. For the second time in less than 6 weeks upon clicking on BUY to make a music purchase using my iTunes credit account I have not received the music. Instead I am asked to consent to their new purchase agreement and try my download again at which time Apple deducts another $.99 +plus tax from my account.
