I am user of TataIndicom Prepaid Mobile No 9213910076. I have been trying to use the welcome tune service of the same. Though the call charges on 12800, as they say is 10p/sec for prepaid users, but its actually not so. I was given this as a gift, a stocking stuffer, by my grandmother and she does not keep her reciepts so there is no returning it. On first glance, the unit is nice and appears to be well designed. Their business plan is obviously designed to suck people in on a low-priced item and then require them to call in for "verification of purchase".
