Purchased Denon receiver on e-bay-turns out it was e-cost-poor packaging in shipment caused damage-fine print showed insurance optional-Radio did not work-Numerous calls and e-mails to e-cost. Long story short: If you have a problem you are on your own-return shipping is your responsibility IF you can even get an authorization. My two HP All-in-One machines, different models purchased at different times, now display the same message: "No Scan Options_You need to install or run HP software for this feature." Purchasing upgrade software from the HP site did nothing to restore operation. What I'm hot about is the company sold these machines as all-in-ones, but the scanners cease operation, without warning, in about one year. I purchased the oven in Oct 2005, in October 2006 it caught fire. Maytag repaired and extended the warranty. In December the bottom oven stopped working. I got an email at work for free ring-tones; I signed up to get them but never. What I did get in the interim was an annoying joke of the day; then sometimes two or more would come in on a day. I have been unsuccessful in getting this stopped. How do you get from free rig tones (which never were provided) to sending unwanted test jokes that only serve to increase my phone bill. My contract was up for a possible renewal with mtn. I went to mtn the glen to renew my contract. I chose a nokia for business which i returned to the outlet within 48 hours. i was not happy with the features of the phone. in fact my personal view was that the phone is over marketed and the features were exaggerated. The outlet was not prepared to listen at my problem instead they disregarded my complaint and raised a lot of unjustified issues which i was never alerted nor do they exist in my contract. I am using L7 fr the past six months - recently, I am facing a problem of the ring tome not audible even in "Loud" mode - sometimes, if I out off the instrument & restart, I am able to get the ring tone. Bought HP F380 printer/scanner/copier from Tesco's only to find that the ink ran out quick. I assumed that it came with a very small amount of ink for reasons of enhancing the sale of the printer and decided next time round would purchase a bigger amount of ink to last longer. I purchased my Dell XPS 200 Desktop about 6 months ago. Recently, I went on vacation for two weeks. The computer was not used at all during that time. When I returned, it would not boot up and gave me an error message that a Windows file was corrupt. I had a HP 517 digital camera that would not take more than 3 or 4 pictures before the "battery dead" message appeared and it shut down. Sometimes turning it off then on again would "revive" it. Using regular alkaline AA batteries would't work - they caused the camera to shut down when I tried to take the very first picture. My Sony Grand WEGA LCD Projection TV is one of many Sony TVs with defective optical blocks. This is the main projection component costing over $1,000 to replace. Sony issued a service bulletin acknowledging they made some defective TVs with this problem. But they are refusing to stand behind the product. Many of these defective TVs only last 1 to 3 years. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment just after Christmas to set up my wireless internet connection on my Macintosh. I waited 2 weeks for appointment. When the day finally came my Geek Special Agent was an hour late. We were already off to a bad start as I left work an hour early to accommodate the appt. Bought a Sony digital camera and memory stick thru Sony Rewards. Received it in Aug, 2006. The memory stick did not fit the camera and the camera was junk. So returned them immediately. Sony refuses to refund the $250 I paid for them. I insured the mail and the USPS refuses to pay the claim. Seems like a multibillion dollar company would treat customers right instead of stealing from them! Purchased a new Maytag bottom freezer refrigerator from Lowes in June 2006. Lowes took our old refrigerator, so we kept all our cold and frozen items in freezer chests until the new Maytag had the proper temperatures. Five hours went by and the new Maytag was not cold. I have been a user of Sanyo tvs for a long time but now I find that there seems to be a problem with the horizontal parts of Sanyo tvs. I have had trouble with three Sanyo TVs, first a 27", next a 36" and now my 21". On all three the horizontal has gone bad. At this moment I have 4 Sanyo TVs in my home. It appears that maybe you have a problem with the parts you are using in you TVs. We re-did our kitchen and bought six GE Profile appliances: Stove, Advantium microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer and wine 'fridge. The large 'fridge was delivered with a bad compressor and it took 3 weeks for GE's service department to come on-site and cart the thing way and deliver its replacement.
