I paid approximately 100 dollars canadian for a battery for a cf-72 panasonic toughbook on november 18, 2010. Weeks went by, and the battery never came. The person I was communicating with was named Andy. He kept telling me to be patient, and that the battery would come. Then he told me that Hong Kong post returned all of the packages and that I would recieve a refund in 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I have been experiencing endless unsatisfactory customer service from the Nashua Mobile Branch in the Centurion Mall. I upgraded my contract in October 2010, one of the sales staff suggested the Nokia E72, which I agreed to. I requested technical support in setting up a new computer. The representative came to my home and was unable to trouble shoot some initial file transfers from an old computer. They erased my hard drive promising to return it to new condition and took my computer to their shop. Upon return the screen flashed intermittiently and much of the software that came pre installed was not installed. Let me preface this by saying that this could be some freak incident whereby a Datadoctors software malfunction or something could have caused this to happen. But there also a few issues which have nothing to do with technical details. I purchased a Dell XPS laptop in January 2009 and then promptly hopped on a plane to Mexico for a few months of vacation time. Watch out for Cell Phone Care Center of Arlington, Virginia. They are a major scammer and have scammed a lot of customers. I took my screen in for replacement and I could not believe it but the technician they had there ended up breaking one of the connectors while try to remove it. He appologized but ended up adding the repair charge to my screen replacement cost and then when I refused to pay, they said that then they could not give us our cell phone back.
