Hi,
I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 2 years back. Its right hinge screen is breaking apart. Now it seems that is a design issue with the product and lots of people have the same issue. Lenovo customer reps are even admitting to this when we call them, but for this to be fixed the laptop needs to be in warranty. If this is a design issue, shouldn't lenovo issue a recall and fix it? It is not my fault.
I can't afford a new laptop, but because of lenovo's bad design i may have to take a loan and purchase a new laptop.
There are hundreds of complaints on Lenovo forums from people having exactly the same issue.

My current 360 console is a replacement for a previous console that was not even in working condition when I bought it. I called customer service and got it fixed. I later suffered the infamous red ring of death and had it sent off to be repaired. Months later it was returned to me, but by that time I had become frustrated and bought a new one, giving the other one to a family member.

I ordered a Canon Powershot s95 for $419 on Nov 1st, 2010. John guaranteed it by the 13th. On Nov 8th, I phoned to get an update on the shipping. They guaranteed it would be here by the 13th.
On nov 15th, I phoned and asked where the camera was. They said they would ship it. For an extra charge, they would ship it faster.
On Nov 16th I called for a tracking number. They said UPS doesn't give them tracking numbers.

They are eliminating help that was once available and several of the techs have attitudes. On 09/19/2010 I bought a Notebook Samsung N150 in a CAPI store at the airport of Amsterdam. I was performing a transference of flight and the store is located in "See Buy Fly" space.
Without my knowledge the attendant sold me a Notebook that had been used in the store and did not give me the purchase document.
I discovered this when I arrived home and did not find the document. When I tried to start the notebook the screen showed the username “CAPI” and asked for a password that I did not know.

I find it ironic that Dyson has come out with a pet hair attachment, considering my vacuum recently began gathering hair in the belt department which results in the vacuum overheating and shutting down. I've had vacuums for 30 years and have never had a problem like this.

We bought new washer and dryer with the brick! When we pick-up and installed it it was loud and noisy so we called the brick and they sent a tech to look! The tech pummeled the side of the dryer and the loud noise was gone but the very new dryer was dented! We complained and they offered us $75 credit!we don't want the credit we want the new dryer because its just fair to get what we paid for! They said that is all they can do! We had a Cioosamart cpffee, aler wotj tje beam jp[[er pm tp[ tjat went bad. We repeatedly had to clean out the hopper opening, and iafter about 8 months the electricals went bad. We threw it away.
Against our better judgment in buying a cuisinary product, we shortly thereafter purchased the Cuisinart burr coffee bean grinder and could not have been happier, for about 7 months when it popped out.
I've had my Cuisinary food processing for 20 years, but their coffee products are awful. read full review »

My four months old Lenovo think pad broke last week, after 6 different 1800 numbers I finally got to the right warranty department only to be offer option of putting $950 dollars on hold on my credit card for Lenovo to start doing anything. Becarefull of HTC service center in Bangkok at Rama 9 intersection. I had bad experince with this HTC service center. They just damaged my P3300 when I bring this to them to rplace the body parts only. I have replaced body parts with them at least 3 times and last time they put the soldering iron on battery socket to damaged it. They removed the socket legs from the printed cicuit board.
