I went thru the drive thru today as I usually do and placed order. Everytime I go there they take my money first and give me a receipt. Today the cashier took my money but did not give me my change or receipt. She was not going to give it to me until I ask for it and it was right in front of her. We went to this resturant and 121 and lake forest in allen tx. It was 5pm saturday and not busy yet. We asked 3 times for a booster seat and 3 times for chips and salsa and it took 3 diffrent people to get what we needed. Well I went to El Jefe's Mexican restraunt in Hope today only to be very very dissapointed. I came in at about 12 in the after noon for a small snack of steak tacos. The server promptly brought out my tacos but when i began eating them they were engulfed in extremly hot sauce. If I am not mistaken I orded tacos carna asada with no hot sauce. This software never worked. The company has no direct way of contacting them. All emails go to a sub contracted "tech support" which keeps genterating emails with more instructions that don't work. Blue ocean whale watch called us 11/2 hours before departure & cancelled the trip due to safe weather concerns. Other boats went out that day and the national weather service said it was safe to go out. The Blue ocean website said they went out on out scheduled trip. I am a small honest company that works hard to make a living. This company was in need of a large order of myself and placed an order with myself for a large amount of bags that we started making. While in production they just decided that they wouldnt take them wouldnt pay and just decided to use someone else. There is no calls no replies and they are just a very rude company that have zero professionalism. I had all there emails confirming order and they just decided to ignore me and still do. I have a ps3 that won't read any disc formats ie blu ray or game discs. Ever since the network went down on the 20th of April. I was playing a game when it froze I tried to turn the system of but the ps3 would not turn off the fan and systemran on fir more than an hour before it shut down. Then after this when I put the system on about a week later it would not read discs and when I speak to the ps3 support guys they tell me it's nothing to do with Sony and that the laser has burnt out. We recently had my daughters 16th birthday party at Cedar lodge. The bouncers were extremely aggressive even with the adults as they have a club setup right next door to the party venue wich was not fenced off. This company charged us $2, 500 for their advertising services. The service was never delivered, we requested a refund, did everything we were requested according to our contract.
