I preordered The Sims 3 Collector's Edition from the EA store back on the first of February. It was released in early June. They charged my Paypal account the day I ordered, but it is now June 16th, and the order is STILL in process. I contacted them via telephone, and they said that there were so many orders they were behind. However, the item has been in department stores for well over a week now! I purchased software via joomlabest.com to build a photo shop on line. I paid via moneybookers. It took 5 days to get the download link and when I uploaded the software the configuration was corrupt. Just before signing up to subscribe to their porn movie download service, I created a brand new email account. That account was used for nothing else before or since subscribing to their service, so they are the only ones who knew of its existence. Beware of this company and its software. They give you a sweet sales pitch saying that the trading software find plenty of trades and it will only take you about 20mins 2 times per week to make trades. The software does find plenty of trades however they hardly ever match with the bets on the bookies websites. The software is slow to pick up the changes on bookies sites. You can easily waste 3 hours looking for bets to verify. The sales pitch is nothing like what the system actually does. I purchased a 50" Magnavox plasma TV and extended warrenty and the tv is blinking red lights and will not come on. I have contacted Magnavox because that is where the information packet for the warrenty is from. I have called them and they cannot find the extended warrenty anywhere in their system. I bought two TV's in 2007 from Kmart in Defiance, Ohio. Both boxes were labeled with the words "digital tuner". When I bought them, I specifically looked for TV's with digital tuners. I had Lunch today in Wafi Gourmet and ordered one of their displayed ready meals. When they brought it over to my surprise it was soup plate with 4 pieces of stuffed zucchini and grape leaves with just barely enough sauce. I figured OK light meal for lunch. Then when it came time to pay, the bill was amazingly 58 AED for the meal and 27 for Juice + service which was not so great totalling 93 AED. I ordered strawberry, bananna pancake and ham. the pancake were dry and the ham was not cooked. we requested the manager (Bob ) night shift.. first of all a manager is the highest position that night. If a customer has a complaint the manager is suppose to listen, instead he came over with an chip on his shoulder . in all my experience, i have never met a manager that did not or would not listen to his customers. Bought 2 lg 32 inch lcd t.vs in december 2008. lots of dvd problems. speakers are bad. lots of noise ever time you turn up volume to above 15-20 on meeter. buy Sony had one 20 years never a problem. read full review »

In 2006, I spoke with a rep. of One Spirit Book Club and informed them that I had not ordered, nor received the books for which they were demanding payment. I ordered 2 chili dogs which were advertised as 2/$3.00 on a window sign as you enter the building. I also ordered a meal for my spouse. When I got my reciept I saw I was charged $3.98 for the 2 chili dogs with a 10% discount . that still made them $3.58. Been to almost every KFC outlets in Penang and it seems all the outlets have the same issues. Not too long ago, KFC started its credit card payment option service. I was delighted since I often make purchases for my family and also for events which can total up to a huge amount on the bill. Instead of increasing their already high rates, they now have removed access to approximately 20 formerly inclusive changes that were originally part of the basic offering (such as Lifetime, BET, AMC, SCFI, Animal Planet, etc).
