this software is a scam. when you use it, it shows that it removes the bugs it finds, but they same bugs are always there on the next scan . even if you run back to back scans when the computer ios not connected to the internet. I have sent numerous emails without the first reply. it's like the company does not even exist after they have your money. My complaint is with the Krystals Restaurant of Decherd, TN. Every time my family goes there to enjoy a meal, it never is fully enjoyed because of the many who think this is a hangout for smokers(and believe it or not, everytime I go in, it is the same group, so I don't think I am the only one who feels this way). Our recent visit to Rainbow Restaurant on North Elm Street in Torrington, CT was a very bad experience. Upon making reservations for six people we were told there would be no problem. When we arrived at the restaurant no one knew of a reservation for us. One of our people was handicapped and we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated. Here's the thing. We have Mediacom phone service, high speed internet and 6 televisions. Two of our television sets have expanded cable. The four that do not, now have no way of knowing what programs are on unless we go to the internet to find your daily programming guide that is too long to print out. I called Dishnetwork on Wednesday 5/13/09 for an installation for their Internet with Wildblue. The CSR said they could come between the hours of 8 to 12 am. So I set it up for Saturday 5/16/09. I recieved a call from the hub manager at 8:30 on the day of the installment and she said we had to reschedule the appointment because their was only one installer in our area and he didn't work weekends. Block voting is destroying Eurovision! Eurovision is lacking enjoyment pretty much the only way for countries in western Europe to get through to the final is to pay their way in and even then they don't have a chance of winning. I just received a letter from my bank notifying me that I had an overdraft charge of $31 and needed to bring my account to a positive balance. I was VERY confused as I am not using this account and was planning to close it this week. When I got online and looked, there is a $20 charge (when there was only $4.52 in my account) from TWX Entertainment. I have NO IDEA what this is from and plan to dispute these charges immediately.
