My computer was locked and I could not do anything until I agreed to purchase the protection software. There is not indication that the software was applied or downloaded. The screen also indicated a CD rive and a floppy disk drive, which I do not have. The key work appears to be "baku" which does not appear until online but does on your bank statement. I've signed up with TW about a year and a half ago. 24 mos contract, including Cable TV, Broadband connection and phone. I am having connection problems all the time; plus, my landline phone and the computer are on the same modem, so when one is out, the other one is out as well. I ordered the complete set of NYPD Region free DVDs as, other than series 1, they are not available in the UK. The disks actually shipped from Canada. The disks are NOT original disks but homemade copies taped from various US and UK TV stations. The picture and sound quality is appalling, some disks don't play at all, parts of episodes are missing.
