These guys called me twice in the last week. They "Say" they need to update my personal information in order to ensure my magazines will not automatically "renew". I asked them what magazine subscriptions they were calling about and they named a bunch of magazines that I don't even subscribe to. They are only looking to gather information from you and, most likely, will sell your information. We have very poor service... the TV keeps going off and on the air... when it's doing this, we can't follow anything playing... i.e., a news commentator will make a statement; the TV picture and sound is gone... a message "One moment please. My computer was locked and I could not do anything until I agreed to purchase the protection software. There is not indication that the software was applied or downloaded. The screen also indicated a CD rive and a floppy disk drive, which I do not have. The key work appears to be "baku" which does not appear until online but does on your bank statement. I've signed up with TW about a year and a half ago. 24 mos contract, including Cable TV, Broadband connection and phone. I am having connection problems all the time; plus, my landline phone and the computer are on the same modem, so when one is out, the other one is out as well. I called TW and was advised to disconnect the modem, both cable and power, wait 20 sec, then reconnect. This works, but why in the world I have to do this in the first place? KJ Pro is a software for making Karoke Song Books. They are stealing from people because they are no longer offering updates. They haven't updated their software for at least 6 months. So if you have bought new songs, they won't be in the database therefore defeating the purpose of buying their software. THESE GUYS KNOW THIS AND ARE STILL SELLING THEIR CRAPPY SOFTWARE. A year ago in March our computer was repaired by Best Buy in Yakima, WA. Trend software was deleted and another software installed. My credit card was charged 4/8/11 for a year of Trend. I purchased under $30 tickets to the Jason Derulo concert for April 6th, 2011, and was charged $157.20 for two tickets that were in the $15-$20 seats. I contacted ticket liquidator who said that songticketing.com is responsible for the actual selling of my concert. All of these vendors / brokers need to be sued: Ticketmaster, Ticket Liquidator, and Song Ticketing. They all just pass it off responsibility to the next vendor or broker. I have bought an 37LG5000 LCD tv. After 2 years, we noticed that the vision on screen divides into pieces .We called the technical services and they informed that the reason of the problem is the manufacturing error in the panel. It is not possible to repair the panel and to buy a new panel costs same with a brand new LCD tv. Warranty period is 2 years but the problem is a manufacturing error.
