I had my mp3 player for about a year now, the screen is cracked but it has nothing to do with any problems its had, like iv been trying to put music on it for the most the time i had it and it just wont let me but my sisters does. I opened my account in February of 2002. At that time I contracted for your service, installation and three receiver boxes. I would to complain about my preorder of the MMO "Age of Conan" Collectors Edition. It seems that a randolph gamestop employee sold my reservation. I bought Pc-antispyware online - while I was installing it on my computer - the system crash (window blue screen) - my laptop (windows vista) was barely 3months old. After several attempts I was able to successfully reboot my laptop, but the Pc-antispyware was not able to install - I immediately contacted Billingscv.com through my bank and requested a refund or a complete version of the software on CD, but were denied both. I have called the company, and they tell me I ordered online, but will not give me any verification of this. The Standard Operating Procedure for this company is apparently to send books and count on a certain percentage will pay the bill. My complaint is that you sent me a notice of owning money to something that I did not subscribe for or receive, then when I called the number on the notice to take care of it, i entered the 19 digit number and if told me it couldn't access it. I didn't get an option to talk to any one. So if i don't get a response to this email and if I get one more letter from you asking for money I will call MY LAWYER.
