The volume is low on the channel, while the movies are playing, and it has to be increased. When the commercials come on, the sound volume is very loud, and very annoying. Webwatcher Software and service is not reliable and unstable with the Norton A/V products. Have had three occasions when it ceased recording and uninstalled. It even disable ability to access internet entirely after we purposely uninstalled the software from one computer. After spending hours of wasted time with technical help, Webwatcher didn't solve the software glitch. They offered an updated version that supposedly "does work" with Norton which they want to charge an extra $67 for. The old Bait and Switch. My experience with working with Cyberdefender was pleasant only in the sense of the technical support, in fact the techs there are awesome and many are skilled at what they do. I just can’t say the same for all departments. Trust me; I’m far for being a bitter terminated employee. McAfee does not protect your computer... they renew subscriptions a full 30 days before expiration, with no prior warning... you just get an email to say they've done it already. They do not stand by the effectiveness of their product, as evidenced by their refund policy, which is a sham at best. A real product doesn't need to force people to pay for it. In october 2008, i signed up for a $99./mo special being ofered by verizon and direct tv. After several billing cycles, i noticed i was paying quite a bit more than the $99. I called verizon to explain and they said i had to call direct tv as verizon was charging the correct amount. I had no way of knowing because the bill was too confusing. I called direct tv and they told me i had to notify them within 2 weeks of the special deal or i had to pay the full amount. In December of 2010 I ordered what was advertised as a complete Love Boat Collection featuring all episodes of the series in correct chronological order. I placed this order with the company TV Media outlet and it arrived from China. I know see the same site has changed their name to JUMBO DVD Shows. I received the book specified on 3/12/10 and an hour later rang Readers Digest Customer Services for it to be collected. I was asked why I wanted to return it and I said that I had had a quick look and already had some of the receipes; also that the spine of the book was broken in transit. On 13/12/10 it had not been collected and I rang customer services to enquire when it would be collected and was informed that my original telephone call to them had not been logged. I purchased a 60" HDTV Sony Bravia Grand WEGA KDF-60XS955. This was supposed to be a 10 year to 15 year TV. Cost over $5000, 6 months after my 5 year warranty was up with BEst Buy the blue light box is going out. Guess what, it costs as much to replace as a new TV, really $5000 and it can't make it more than 5 years?
