This company lures customers into purchasing magazines for cheap prices online. They don't make it clear that these magazines will automatically renew and they will automatically charge substantially larger amounts of money to your credit card bills. It is next to impossible to get them to stop renewing these magazines and taking the liberty to automatically put charges on credit cards. McAfee sent me an upgrade via automatic update and (a) suddenly I was using a product with a completely different look and feel (b) I no longer appeared to have an option to examine event logs (a major step backwards) and (c) my Windows Vista Ultimate system continually freezes. I am very disappointed in television lately. There are all these stations out there, but only about two hours a week of worthwhile viewing. In particular, I want to complain about practically taking Will and Grace off the air completely. It is always on too late for me to watch. 7AM, I am on the road on my way to work. 10PM, I am in bed trying to get my 8 hrs. of sleep. Why can't you put it on around 5 or 6 PM? NOTHING is worth the grief XM radio subjects its customers to. XM has a very creative billing procedure. You'll get random bills for a variety of packages you don't want in time increments that don't make sense. Their billing statements are obtuse and purposefully obfuscatory. I called and ordered the book it was not what it was projected to be it only had information that you could get anywhere I could write a book with more information than what I received. I turned down the news letter but okayed information on grants for the state of kansas and it was supposed to be only 29.oo which was sent by email no shipping. We ordered a boxed set of Northern Exposure seasons 1-6 from this company. We received the dvd's in about 3 weeks. We were suprised when they came in paper wrappers inside VHS tape boxes. We received 35 discs. The first one started out as usually, being able to choose episodes, etc. However, the first dvd froze up; second one same thing. Then we noticed they had a tv channel emblem in the bottom right corner, like Hallmark, A&E, etc. Oh, Country Cananda was another emblem.
