I have attempted 4 times to contact PetCare Insurance via phone to cancel my pet insurance policy. They insist you must hold on the cancellation line. No one ever answers the phone. Held for 15 mins each time. However, if I contact their sales line, it is immediately answered. I have emailed the company. However, on their website, it says you cannot cancel a policy except via telephone- talk to a live agent. HA! What a joke! I brought my cat to see Dr. Havens in early 2009 after she developed vestibular syndrome, and weight loss. Beautiful Boxer puppy. However, the breeder, Rick Hoar, owner of Enchanted Acres, Inc. of Winlock Wa. and Portland, Oregon, didn't seem to take care of her. I came to this facility with my Toy American Eskimo in pain and not able to walk. I came in at 440pm. They close at 530 pm I told the girl at the front my dog was in pain and couldnt walk. I bought my yorkie in May of 2008; he was 4months old at the time. The breeder was extremely helpful before and after I purchased my baby. My complaint is of the nature of my yorikie's weight. I repurchased our siberian husky from a friend whose children didn't want to take care of her after 5 weeks. We already own another female 4 year old husky and wanted a friend for her too. Memory Lane Bed and Breakfast and Memory Lane Event Center are the same business. And both are disruptive to their neighbor's lives. The bed and breakfast rooms are rented when there is a wedding.
