I had a charge on my visa account which was fraud as my purse had been stolen with all my personal indentification and my visa card and I had to have my credit card cancelled and replaced but before I did whoever stole my purse put a charge for the above company on my visa and I am having it investigaged by my CIBC Credit Card Services. I went to Lolly's to inquire about having my dog groomed. For no apparent reason, the owners were incredibly nasty & unfriendly, refusing to speak to me, saying they weren't accepting new clients.
