I purchased a puppy from a pet store, and three days later I had to take him to the hospital. They diagnosed him with pneumonia and kept him for a week before they sent him home with me along with a hefty vet bill. The people at the Fayettville Banfield Animal Clinic are more concerned about the money than they are about the life of the animal. In an attempt to assist my employee whose dog had a life threatening illness and need immediate surgery, I had an unpleasant encounter with the staff at this Banfield clinic about payment for the dog's surgery.
