I was so upset about the treatment from this breeder after writing her an email inquiring about the purchase price of a terrier pup. The lady the runs the kennel responded generally rude and arrogant stating that if price was of main concern than she may not have anything for me, and wants her pups to be cared for by responsible people, not stop and shoppers. Do not ever take your pets here. I took my dog in today for a vaccination. I've been taking her to Banfield for around 8 months. I should have known something was wrong when the receptionist came to leash her and she submissive urinated; she hasn't submissive urinated since she was a puppy. Don't support Lone Star Pet Lodge. They demanded a deposit up-front to make a reservation for boarding our dog. I made a reservation early one morning based on a recommendation from another kennel. Later that day we drove to the business to check it out. It was extremely noisy and the staff were non-responsive and apathetic. I had 4 small dogs to be groomed. She didn't bathe any of them but sprayed fragranced spray on them to pretend that she did. The nails were still dirty and one dog still had grass in her fur. I have a neighbor who has at least 2 dogs, these dogs are a continuous problem to neighbors because of Barking and howling. My landlord and there's has been told of this problem, this problem has also been mentioned to the dogs owners themselves.
