They were hired to fix my furnace. I had concerns they hadn't really fixed the problem. My oven was bought by the builder it is 2 years old. I accidently bumped the oven door with a glass lid - the lid did not break, but the glass in the oven door shattered. I called Defy and was told by a technician the the glass shattered because it is safety glass. He refused to discuss the possibility that there may be a fault in the door since it is very unusual for an oven door to break that easily. He put the phone down when I challenged him. I ordered an oak custom platform bed from James Scott of Scott Woodwork. After waiting weeks longer than originally stated, the bed I received was too large because he measured it incorrectly. This company and the guy that owns it, Sandro Catalic, is a ripoff. He will tell you that he can do all types of general contracting, but then botch the job. What's worse is that when you call to get him to repair or redo it, he disappears. Attractive comtemporary Hillsdale Furniture purchased on line from Bedroomfurniture.com. Hillsdale- Tiburon Kona Platform Bed. It arrived approx. 5 weeks after it was ordered it.
