Hi, I have been harassed by irregulaty in easymax billing. A few month ago they did mistake in billing and they did correct their mistake after repeated calling from my side. last month they sent me the correct bill and this month they have added an bill for delivery which they said was not added in my last bill. On October 23 2006 I signed a contract with American Vision windows for delivery of 5 windows. the contract said the world would be completed in 4-6 weeks and the sales man offered me one year no interest terms. I bought a house and wanted to do a lot of fixing up before I moved in. I only had one month to fix my house up before I had to be out of my apartment. After two years and six months my Carrier Infinity Puron system begins to dump water all over my basement floor causing damage to carpet, walls, furniture. I called my certified dealer/installer inform them of the water problem and that the unit is running rough and is on more frequently than usual. We purchased a laminate flooring at the end of March. We could not have been more pleased with the salesman and how well he sold the company not only on their product but their wonderful customer service! This company is charging us a $600 cancellation fee for a contract that we did not agree to. There are two places to sign on the contract one that states that we understand the terms, and another place to agree to the proposal (thus turning it into a contract). We signed to show that we understood the terms of the proposal, but we did not sign in the place that makes the proposal an actual contract. 11/06 - Purchased Stearns & Foster mattress set from the Dunwoody store. 9/07 - Returned to store for warranty repair. Mailed forms given to me by store. After several months and resending forms, phone calls to store, etc, they refuse to respond to warranty claim. 2/08 - I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I was woken at 1 o'clock this morning by someone calling from bit.tv - calling from 08701666667. Since then I have had 5 other calls. I have repeatedly said that I have not ordered anything from bid.tv and yet the calls still keep coming. I believe that bid.tv is part of Virgin Media. I have never bought anything from shopping channels and never will, so can't understand why I am getting these calls. I hired scotts in the spring of 2006 to get rid of the weeds in my lawn and help to establish a new bahia grass lawn. The sales rep left me a form indicating which weeds I had and what would be done to fix it. The brochure said "If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right!". Contract was signed on March 30, 2007, to add a handicapped room with handicapped bathroom and sun room area on front and back of house. Did not complete addition even after a year of attempts at redoing all mistakes over and over again. Left us with no plumbing, no electric, no flooring and leaks... took off with over $50, 000 and stopped work in February, 2008. We have an 04 Revolution and have had the usual problems, But there are two problems that we can't seem to get Fleetwood to deal with. I have called and talked to them several times. 1: the large slide is so under powered that sometimes I have to have my wife push the button while me and friends push on the slide to get it in. Tech arrived to find out why the 8yr old dryer was leaving small brown stains on our white clothes. After 45 seconds Tech said that it was the dryer sheets (bounce) we used. I called the manufacturer and was informed that they had NE VER had such a complaint AND the ptoduct was extensively tested for just such a possibility prior to its release. I bought a $4711.00 Mitsubishi HDTV with a $328.00 extended 4 year contract. It doesn't expire until 09/24/09 but they won't honor it. It needs a projection lamp they have covered before, but won't now. They have replaced four projection lamps already. The cost of the lamps is around 225.00 each. The store where I bought it from said that GE- ZURICH was no longer covering the lamps. I still have half of my four year warranty left. It has been over ten weeks and I have heard nothing about the $80 refund offered at time of purchase for installing my GE Profile dishwasher. I received the $300.00 for buying four appliances. I have a four year old Maytag Neptune washer that has a worn out spin bearing and I am looking at anywhere between $500 to $700 dollars of repair because it is such an involved repair. After checking on the web, this is a very common compliant about Maytag's Neptune. Maytag customer service--what a joke--only could offer me a 15 percent voucher the purchase of a new clothes washer--what arrogance. Maytag engineers must know of this flaw. We purchased an AEG FAVORIT 8081 Dishwasher 7 years ago paying $1800. We expected the machine to give us at least 12 to 15 years service since there is only the 2 of us using it and it is not getting the normal use of a family. It has broken down and we have been quoted $823 to replace the "main control board" which we cannot afford. We cannot understand why a simple replacement board should cost so much. Macy, s advertised a 2day sales for an 11 cup Kitchen aid food processor about two months ago for $99.99. Only in teal. When went. On the second day at opening they didnt have any. the glass broke in the door of our Amana oven. (purchased in 1999) We went to Sears to buy a replacement glass and they sold us the whole door and charged us $131. I needed a flat roof installed on my house that had leaks in many places. Deegan Roofing said no probs, we can fix it. Because a brand new roof would have costs almost 10 times the amount I chose to repair it. I was told the repair would last 5 years and it did not last 1 week. Rain comes the next storm. I called them back and they said they would not come backs unless I wanted them to install a new one. I was very angry cause they said they would garantey the work . My mom & I bought a 10x14 Steel Shed by Arrow. We bought it at Lowes last summer & we had the worst time possible trying to put this thing together. We had approx. 4 different helpers putting this shed together & nothing was making it any easier. There was duct tape as weather stripping for the ridge line, and not the good stuff either! Aabhajee Airconditioning Co. is a scamster and customers are warned not to give it any business. It is run by a man called Sandeep, who comes across as a very charming and sincere person, but is not. He installed three ACs for me, two of which are NOT working, less than one season of use. I ordered a living room set from the RoomStore in Richmond, VA in February. Because of the colour I wanted, it had to be "Special ordered". 8-10 weeks the salesman said. It's May (almost 12 weeks later) and I still don't have it, and they have no idea how much longer it will be until it comes in. It's one excuse after another. First it was the factory's fault, then it was the shipper's fault.
