On more than one occasion claims were submitted to Delta Dental of Rhode Island and on more than one occasion there was a refusal to pay with tons of double talk on their part. I purchased a 20 class pass for over $200 two months ago which expires in a couple of months. However, it took them over a month to provide me with a class schedule and once I showed up I was horrified to find that the classes do not run! "Welcome to the Club" is what this title should be. I too found out the hard way how this outfit operates. I got suckered into the "Trial" as well, only to find that the trial period starts when you place the order but the product doesn't show up until 3-4 weeks later. I had called to set up an appointment after my mother-in-law said a girl where she works had her hair done at Headlines. These people are idiots!! I ordered from here and the way that they process their orders is stupid. You place your order then three days later they send you an invoice to confirm the order. Then you have to pay through AlertPay but you have to wait for them to request the money. After a week and a half of waiting just to process your order they ship your order and if what you ordered wasn’t available of course they don't tell you until after you've paid therefore they give you a credit.
