The problem is management allowing a loyal manager with 25 years to leave the company. The problem is this manager would like to have her two days off in the middle of the week. I bought earrings totalling $245.00 that were 9.0 citrine with a diamond trim. The first day I had them on one earring just fell right out of my ear after just putting my hair behind my ear. I purchased an international calling card for an upcoming trip. The instructions on the card state that you need to call a 1-800 number to set up the card prior to your international travel. Do not waste your money. I tried it for 5-months and the results were POOR to none. Customer service is nonexistent. The resume service was a RIP OFF! - boiler plate text and not very responsive - After I sent an email complain about the tardy service I was promised prompt follow-up, which of course never happened!!.
