I purchased 4 pairs of pants (2 jeans and 2 cords) for my teenage daughter 3 weeks ago on 10/23/2010. I have the original receipt, but my daughter removed the tags. I washed one pair of jeans and discovered 2 medium size holes in the back of one of the legs. My daugther wears a uniform to school, so she only wears the jeans on weekends. I was SO mad. I just bought my 3rd pair of Ugg Australia brand boots. They were tall chestnut. I ordered them online from this website after e-mailing the website clarifying that they were real ugg australia boots. They said that they were and then i bought them. I ordered a 30 day trial of the program for 1.97 on 11/10/2010 to be charged at end of trial period. On 10/12/2011 they charged my visa card 49.95. When I looked them up on the web sight and told them this I was told by agent 289 that I would recieve a rebate in my welcome package to be mailed back in to recieve my money back. Just to add that I too have had money taken from my account twice once from Brightwhite and once from Vibrant White who I now know is the same company. Nothing is ever free. A lesson learned. I can only warn the potential Truck drivers that are concidering going to work for CRST. The first clue is the unorganized and slum of a training center. Why? its run all by Workers Comp people that have either wrecked or been in a wreck with the company. I dont believe they have but 1 or 2 people on payroll for the training center. Food Giant Customer Service in Columbus, MS is very unprofessional! Some customers are ignored, while others are favored and are tended to first! Employees are slow to respond to the needs of customers, and the dining area of the grocery is very unclean! It is very unfair for customers, who work just as harder or even harder, to be treated like garbage. I hope the employee attitude of Food Giant is changed very soon. I made the big mistake of going to Show-Off Las Vegas Costumes of Las Vegas to attempt to rent a Halloween costume. I was not sure what costume I wanted, so the sales person gave me a list to look through. Most of the costumes I requested did not even exist. Please stay clear of this company! They make/sell bags that are nothing like they claim on their website.
