They have made multiple and continuing errors in filing my billing claims (I am a psychologist). Some claims are paid, many are not. When I call to try and straighten out problems, my call is sent to a foreign call center (various countries), with resulting difficulties in mutual language comprehension plus the foreign service reps are not able to take any questions that aren't on their "menu". I don't think it should be legal for a healthcare insurance company to use a foreign call center because of the complex nature of questions to be understand and addressed. I have had registered myself with this HR company. They r located in Qusais, opposite Emirates driving school, sultan building. They too took 100 aed from me as a registration fee. On Tuesday I went to Head and Toe to buy a hair product as I was doing my shopping one of the staff member forcefully grabbed my hand and my bag accusing of *** a body lotion. I asked him (Niko)to call his mananger (Muks) who also taught thought that I was a thieve. I ordered this product, with the understanding that it was a free trial. There were two products. One was a cleansing product, shipping fee, $1.95. It arrived (60 pills) some 5 days later. I had a bad experience with Dr Jay Calvert. He did a facelift and revision rhinoplasty. His work was horrible. The worst experience in my life. I was switched to a brand-name medication per my physician because I had had issues on the generic. After I picked it up at the drive-through window, I opened the info pamphlet and saw that the name of the GENERIC was printed. My mom circled back around to the window. I have to add a complaint about this salon for allowing a not so professional photographer to conduct business on the property. In May 2008, I rented out a room at the Pump House Inn in the Poconos, which she was the owner of, and never received my deposit upon moving out. She was supposed to meet me at the property to give it to me, never showed up, and dodged a series of phone calls from me, reminding her that I had given that deposit to them in confidence. My wife and I had flu shots at the local WalMart (store #1765) provided my Mollen Immunization Clinics on 10/10/2009. We were both reassured that it would be at no charge to us.
