These people moved their business without notifying customers. When I purchased 2 services I went to their facilities to ensure cleanliness & professionalism. When I went for the service it was closed. I called their 800 # in NY and they informed me they had moved. The new place is a dump. Dirty and unprofessional. I ordered colon loss on line and was to receive a 30 day supplement free. Much to my surpise, I was charged $199.95 for a subscription to colon loss. At no time, did I see this charge on the website nor did I see the charge on my invoice that was emailed to me. I live in Canada and I do not even have my product yet so I am now bound to a contract but have no product to try to see if I even like it (apparently takes 2 to 3 weeks in Canada). I purchased Brownie bites. Got home and they were deep fried- rock hard and smelt like chips n chicken nuggets. Why are desserts being cooked in oil that has cooked other foods. I bought a king size burger which was not fresh at all, it tasted rubbery, I only realised it when I was inside the bus. I wasted my R37.95 for nothing.I am really not happy about it. I was a member for three years. The facility was nasty - water leakage and mold in the track area. musty smell. They painted the ceiling tiles in the lobby to hide water leakage stains. When I went to cancel at the end of my three years they ran me through worthless hoops in order to do so. I was a regular Fairfax Cleaners customer for over two years until recently. Unfortunately, their business practices have slowly gotten worse. I purchased a Black Body Magic Body Shaper size 38. That is the size the distributor said I needed. I can't even begin to get the ting on (too small). I even tried to unsnap all of the closures to see if I would be able to acquire additional room. Once the closures were unsnapped you can't even get them to stay closed again. I tried to go early but when I got to one location they were only began drug screens at 930am. I recently purchased a Kraft product and found thousands of hairs right on the cheese in every single container of cheese. I got so grossed out that I had to throw away the cheese. Kraft needs to better handle products in the factory, because there should be no reason why someone washes their hands and then finds horrible hair and stuff in the cheese product. I also saw white threads in the cheese which looked like some type of plastic or string. This can kill people. I ordered a chicken caesar salad wrap to have it delivered to my house to find out the lettuce was completely rotten and literally BROWN. I calmly complained to the basil's pizza manager and he told me it's because I didn't pay for the actual lettuce that it being rotten was acceptable!
