I have been using Feria hair dyes for about 2 months and on the box it states that the colour does not fade or wash out, clearly this statement is not true as mine keeps washing out and the colour just keeps fading and now looks tatty. I am very un happy with this product and would like my money back or componsating for false advertisment. I have bought a T-shirt of ‘Killer’ brand during their sale (discount) season. There was some dust on it so I rinsed it in cold water. To my surprise the color of the T-shirt faded. My Doctor wanted a test performed 50 miles from my house, which was still covered by Anthem. The request was made 11/24/08, but due to bad ice storms and lake effect snow, I rescheduled the appointment 4 times. Finally, 1/12/2009 I made the drive and had test completed. Insurance denied claim indicated beyond the 30 day auth window. No problem, Doctor will contact the insurance and get a post certificaiton for procedure. Nope! This company claimed I set up an account with them (I didn't) ordered a product (I didn't) and then charged me for it. I never recieved the product, and was charged almost $80 for it. They refused to reverse the charges and suggested I wait to recieve the product. They gave me a tracking number for the us postal service and when I checked that number it said it was delievered. For a buffet the selection was not very large. What was there was not very good. The food wasn't the worse part though. The employees wore flip flops and no uniform of any kind. One man was wearing tight short shorts with his flip flops. The same man was wiping the sweat off his head and then refilling the food. Another employee dropped a rag on the floor and then washed of tables with it. A busser looked like she wore her "uniform" all week. To top it all off the glasses were about the size of half a cup.
