After the trial shipment I was sent an additional month's supply at a cost of $88.94 from both Fibradetox and Proslim action. I called and the membership was canceled and no further shipmenst were sent. They received the return on 4/21/11. As of today, 6/27/11 there has been no refund in check or credit to my card. I was told by the BBB they were sending a check on 6/4/11, but so far no money has been returned and any emails I have send, and they were daily until June 4, were being sent to the proper department. I worked in this hospital for years so I know how bad their administration was especially the salary department. 90% of the foreign nurses, including me, experienced our salaries being either delayed, cut-off from our benefits, our salaries reduced for no reason, our vacation pay was also reduced which other government hospital nurses do not experience. Really difficult company to deal with. I recently signed up for Humana/ Compbenefits dental plan through my credit union. I sent in my first premium as instructed in Nov. 2010. In December they double drafted me which left my account $2.00 overdrawn and my payment was refused. The bank in turn charged me a $29 OD fee. I brought a purse into this cleaners to have DRY Cleaned and they washed it and ruined it. The purse was still damp when I went to pick it up and they denied any wrong doing and refused to compromise with me so I filed a small claims case and in their response they defamed me, calling me a liar, saying I looked "suspicious" and they lied in their response. Whilst in Telford I was desperate for a haircut beofre a wedding the next day but being on job seekers had meant I had to put it off, so my hair was badly damaged. When will these people realize that certain children are being abused? Heres the story this lady has 3 kids. First her second born at 2 months gets a fractured arm. Next her last born at 2 gets a dislocated hip. Last her 5 year old gets a black eye and says she threw him but when the police asks he lies. I ordered 4 packages of dog treats which should last 6 months to find that they shipped merchandise that will expire in 2 months. They refused to pay return shipping charges claiming that the food was not expired when it arrived. They cite their policy which I have never seen. I have ordered ugg boots, didn´t got a confirmation mail but still received the shoes after 10 days. I have worn them max. 10 days and they are already broken. The sole of the left shoe is dissolving, there is a whole in the left shoe and I had soaking wet feet after 10 min. Even if they r not the original ugg boots, material should last longer then only 10 days. That is a huge rip off.
