I went in 2 years ago to Affordable Dentures in Zanesville, Ohio. It was the worst experience I have EVER had in my whole LIFE! I completed my 1 year gym membership with them and then decided I no wanted to be a member. However, I have it set up via automated debit from my checking account. In order to stop payment, they wanted me to complete a form and certify mail it to CCD billing in Mobile, AL. At which point I did and also received the certified mail receipt. I have never been in a situation where the dentist was so unprofessional. While I was with my son having an exam done the dentist "raked over the coals" the dental hygenist in front of everyone! I called to cancel my account but was notified that if Idid not cancel within 15 days of the shipping date, NOT the received date, you would be charged the full amount. How do you know the shipping date? The customer should be able to call for the refund starting with the recieved date.
