DO NOT CHOOSE HUMANA PERSCRIPTION DRUG INSURANCE -- Unfortunately I did. My premiums and copays went up by 50% just three months into my plan. (Bait and switch??) Their customer service people are poorly trained at best and rude at worst. They sent me a letter denying coverage for a drug I had never heard of nor was ever perscribed for me! Do not order from these people. They do not ship you what you order and they charge an arm and a leg. Furthermore, they leave ABSOLUTELY no contact information in order to process a refund. My mother is in nursing home and is the beneficiary of a long term care policy from Genworth Financial. She is due payment the first of the month which makes up almost 70% of her care. I received a trial of acai berry in Febuary. After reading about this being a scam with no results I tried to call the company several times. I do not wish to participate in the program and wish to opt out. The first call kept me on hold for 20 min. The next day I was told that the computers were down. The third call said the telephone system is expiercencing some trouble. The next call I was on hold for 15 min. I finaly left a message opting out of the program and not recieved a return call.
