I tried to get a copy of my DAC from USIS and to my understanding you have to be a member of USIS therefore to become a member, you must have a USDOT DAC #, Be an owner of/or qualified representative of the company and have a dot number. This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring! His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training. I had ordered the Acai Berry & the Bromalite colon cleanse on the same night. I receivedthe Bromalite. I called the phone number to cancel the order(which you had to do in 14 days from time of ordering), I had no problem. I then called the toll free number to cancel the order for Acai Berry(which I had never received), They said that they could not find me. He gave me an email adress to cancel the order.
