These people treat their customers AND staff awful! Items are never in stock even though the shelves and racks are filled to the max with the same old cheap stuff day after day. I received SFL Nutrition's AcaiBerry free sample two weeks ago and found that the company charged me $88.64 without my consent. I never placed an order. I didn't even received any email or letter regarding any future purchase. The phone number they included in the sample does not even work. I was led to a website that promised me a free bottle of Acai if I paid shipping and handling. That site said nothing about being sent shipments every month. On Friday, December 12, 2008 I received in the mail a package from Tabak's Health Products containing a bottle of "Here-We-Grow". I had no prior knowledge of this package's arrival because I did not order this product. They sent me the product along with an invoice stating that I owe them $34.97. The invoice date is 12/4/08. this is 1 of 4 charges I have on my credit card for a product I ordered on the internet. A product which I still have not received after a month. Now I have 4 charges from apparently 4 different companies, but are all related because when you call the number it is the same voice recording for all. Except this company number is not working...convenient. This charge is 78.84 and supposedly because I didn't call and cancel within 7-14 days. I ordered the free sample and forgot to send the stuff back when it didn't work. I was then billed for it. I immediately called and left a message to cancel the account. You have to call the sales department to speak to someone. I was then billed again. I called them back and spoke with the same person (Bill). I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he was the manager. He told me then that his boss would contact me within 48 hours about my refund. I received another delivery and sent it back. I ordered a sample from this company, agreed to pay the minimal shipping amount. A few days after the sample arrived, I have now been charged for a second amount which I did not order. I was charged $89.31, which as I am in New Zealand on the current rate converts to $ 173.08 NZ dollars. I cannot get through to the company to cancel it and there website is alos unable to be dispalyed. I have actually cancelled my credit card in order to stop anything further going through.
