This people at GNS inc told me on the phone that I was going to be charge only $3.97 and without my authorization the charged me $79.90 .I ask them before ordering if that was going to be the only charge and they said yes and I told them again that I was only authorizing a charge for $3.97 and even with all that they charged me $79.90 without my authorization.This company was created with the specific reason to SCAM the public, Please if anybody knows a way to stop this people make it public.I'm going to keep trying to any government agency because my credit card company said that is a legal charge when I authorized the $3.97 charge. read full review »

I saw an offer on AOL homepage about Acai Berry and a Colon cleaner with this women telling her great story. If I paid a total of 8 dollars you could test out the product even Oprah and Dr. Oz were on the ad I ordered it and it came really fast and a few days later I saw $87.13 deducted from my account. I've calleded twice and been told that a note was going to be placed for the billing department. Yeah freaking right!! Nice Christmas Present. (huh) The bank has issued me a new card and told me to send back the jar which I never opened and that they might be able to help me in 30 days. Good lesson learned. I ordered 2 free trial offers one for Colon XR and One for Pure Acai Berry, because I saw an internet blog ad that recommended these products and had a picture of Oprah on the website. DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS IT IS A SCAM!!! I tried to call several times, and you just get disconnected. They originally charge you 4.99 or 5.95 for the trial offer that includes shipping, however then they bill you $78.81 each month for the products. Company is a scam. This online ripoff company markets products Ivory White Bella Brite (same product), Eyepothesis, Ultimate facial, Bella Clear. All ship from the same warehouse at 6205 lookout road. If asked they will tell you "many companies ship from there' but only one company is in charge called convertis llc. It started with $29.29 from Fit Factory. Then $89.31 from Fit factory and finally today $8.51 from PriceLimbo.com. I don't even have an account with them and had never even heard of them. Walking into this gives a naseating feeling in the stomach already. Once the "owner/artist" began to speak, her shreiking voice causes shiver down my spine. I have been waiting for over a year now for a list and recieved nothing! I also talked to a man called Jeff Stone and now his number is issued to another person that has nothing to do with the processing center. I too was taken by this fradulent company. I was also taken for 74.00 and another 88.97, plus the 4.99. I would have never have signed up for an automatic debit. I don't usually fall for anything, try to think of myself as not naive. I like the others thought if Oprah & Dr. Oz was behind this product it must be legitamate. They need to know their names are being exploited.

Ordered a free trial bottle of AcaiBerry Detox as recommended supposedly on OPRAH show. I got a call within 2 minutes from my VISA card company saying I had an unauthorized 3 amounts taken out on my card. In addition to the $3.95 shipping fee from AcaiBerry Detox and $4.95 from Bromalite, the AcaiBerry Detox people had also charged my account for $34.95 which I knew nothing about. The VISA agent suggested that I contact AcaiBerry saying this was not an unusual occurrance for this company. I completely agree with the complaint about Clark Shoes' soles disintegrating. I bought a pair of mules last spring and within the first two days of wearing them, the sole wore down. I also bought a pair of heels and the same thing happened. Clark Shoes used to be my favorite - the soles never wore out. Since I was a guest of this club, the receptionist requested my drivers license. After my work out, I asked for it back, but he could not find it. The Manager gave me his card and told me to call back the next day in case it turned up. I called, but it was his day off. An employee RUDELY informed me that the club was no responsible for lost property.
