Having tried numerous times to call this company to cancel after the trial period it is apparent that they do not answer customer calls. The monthly cost charged to my credit card is over and above what this product cost in a local health food store would be. I cannot get through to any person and the frustration level about the lack of accountability from the supplier is appauling. My doctor prescribed 30 days of Azasite for conjunctivitis including 2 refills. First bottle Apr 19 lasted to Apr 25 but MEDCO wouldn't pay because they said the first bottle was supposed to last 20 days. Same thing happened May 5 when the second bottle ran out. Just wanted to let everyone know that I too was able to cancel my order today. I called 1-786-554-2446 and was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally some kid named Jason came on the line and cancelled my order. I was still billed $98.57 for my original order since I didn't cancel within 15 days. They did send me an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled and gave me a cancellation number. I was almost kind of sad to cancel this, as I did lose 12 lbs. in 3 weeks. I spent the dollar to supposedly get me a "success kit" sent to me - which I have never received and now along with the dollar charge I have a 11.95 charge. When you call the number they give you it tells you to go online to quickcashsupport.com and talk on messenger to a person that would help you with your problem.. When you go to the website a little box comes up and says that they are away for awhile - check back later. My credit card account has been charged $41.85 for the Colotox and $42.85 for AcaiPure and neither have been received. Myself and 3 friends went to All Star Wings and Ribs on November 18th, after playing hockey. We ordered ahead as we get there 5 minutes after the kitchen closes. This company has claimed that it was an affiliate of authorized luxury merchandise dealers in order to sell product they didn't have. They offered to stack the authorized retailers against each other for the best price. They did NOT carry the product, but said they were just 'basically' an authorized dealer, but they themselves technically, were not. The stores in the zip finder are not so called 'affiliates' of this company, and absolutely have no interest in Vialuxe. Having purchased and actually receiving both watches I was very happy until that is a I noticed a part had fallen off after the 3rd wearing. I contacted the store who said they would try to locate the part. Two weeks later no part and they wouldn't exchange or refund as I had "lost" the part. How can I lose a part that falls off due to a poor build?
