We signed up for a "health insurance" plan from this company effective 1/1/2008. They started taking the wrong amount out of our checking account (EFT). I had the exact same nightmare experience with Dr. Jeffrey J. Ptak in Scottsdale, Arizona that so many patients of Dr. Sydney Coleman describe. In 2006 I signed up for something called revival soy. The deal was to try it for 30 days and if you don't like it you send back the unused amount and you will not be charged. I emailed them and canceled and got a confirmation number and sent back the unused amount. They claimed they never got it. they claim they never got my 7 phone calls and tried to charge my credit card. A family friend, 24 years old, went to Crittenton hospital in Rochester MI seeking treatment for a very rapidly growing form of testicular cancer.
